Who am I?

I’m Lex Ligtenberg, MSc, a sports psychologist specialised in the mental coaching of cyclists. I help riders strengthen their mental resilience by guiding them shifting their mindset

This way they they can unlock their potential perform at their best — not just physically, but mentally as well.

With over 15 years of racing experience at various levels, I know exactly what mental challenges cyclists face — on the bike, during training and racing, and outside of it.

My goal is to help you get the absolute best out of yourself and, just as importantly, enjoy the process along the way.
