My name is Lex Ligtenberg, MSc. Sports Psychologist and mindset coach for cyclists. As a cyclist myself, I know exactly what you’re going through as an ambitious rider.
You want to get the most out of your cycling career, and it’s my life purpose to help you do that. In our one-on-one coaching sessions, the focus is on developing mental skills.
