Why mindset is everything for you as a cyclist

As a cyclist, you know that talent alone is not enough. Sure, your natural ability for a high VO2 max and powerful sprint fibers can take you far, but it’s your mental resilience that determines how deep you can go and how well you can endure pain when you’re on the verge of getting dropped.

Whether you can push through that final kilometer of the last climb to unleash all your watts on the asphalt in the sprint or the lead-out.

Or when you’re a lightweight climber drilling on the edge of a crosswind section somewhere in northern France, knowing you just have to grit your teeth for a little longer. You know that a right turn is coming soon, and your terrain will emerge in the distance, giving you the chance to fight for a strong result.

This ebook provides you with four essential tools that the best riders use to not only push their physical limits but also elevate their mental game to a whole new level.

Eliminate all doubts about your abilities & potential
and become mentally stronger than ever!
